Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. While we endeavor to process orders promptly, especially during peak seasons, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. Rest assured, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

For domestic shipping, our standard delivery typically ranges from 2 to 10 business days.

For international shipping times vary depending on the destination and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check and ensure accurate address details are provided at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We're thrilled to provide shipping to all U.S. states and worldwide destinations.

Within the continental U.S., shipping is available for a nominal fee of $4.99. Orders totaling $50 or more within the U.S. qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

However, please be aware that shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may incur additional charges due to the extended distance.

For our international customers, shipping costs vary based on the destination country. We're committed to offering competitive and reasonable rates for international shipping.

My tracking number isn't working!

Rest assured, we understand the importance of tracking your order. While most of our shipping methods include tracking information, please note that tracking updates may not be immediately available for all orders.

We kindly ask for your patience as it may take several business days for the shipping company to update their system with your shipment's progress. In the meantime, you can track your order by clicking here.

My package was lost/stolen

We understand your concern about your lost or stolen package. At Lamoonla, we prioritize the delivery of your order. However, once the package is successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, we regret to inform you that Lamoonla holds no responsibility or obligation for replacement or refund.

To prevent such occurrences, please ensure that your address details are accurate when placing your initial order. If you've confirmed the accuracy of your address but continue to experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at support@lamoonla.com so we can work with you to resolve this 

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we're unable to make changes or cancel it.

Exceptions apply to pre-ordered items, which can be canceled. If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered item, please email us at support@lamoonla.com with your order number, and we'll assist you promptly.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please send a photo to our Customer Care Team at support@lamoonla.com and include your order number so we can take a closer look and help with a solution!

Payments

Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please verify that you're using the correct billing zip code associated with your credit card. Also, please note that credit card payments require a minimum order amount of $0.50.

Why was my order cancelled?

While rare, Lamoonla may cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Our priority is to safeguard all customers, and if any concerns arise, we may need to cancel an order. Rest assured, if this happens, we'll promptly communicate with you and provide an explanation.

Please note that Lamoonla reserves the right to cancel any order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy

Most Lamoonla products are covered by a 14-day guarantee from the purchase date. If you encounter any issues within this period, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must have been purchased from lamoonla.com and returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached and unworn.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Final sale items
  • Discounted apparel
  • Warehouse and sample sale purchases
  • Gift cards

Additionally, custom products are non-returnable, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.

How do I make a return/exchange?

Simply email us at support@lamoonla.com with the subject line "Returns," along with your order number, name, and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send the item. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Is there a fee for returning?

Yes, all refunds for domestic orders will incur an $8.00 processing fee, deducted from your refund amount.

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need assistance with initiating a return, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our candles are proudly made in the USA.

What are your candles made from?

Our candles are crafted from a natural soy wax blend, featuring premium cotton wicks and bespoke fragrance oils.

Are your candles non-toxic?

Yes, our candles are non-toxic and free from lead, plastics, parabens, synthetic dyes, or phthalates.

How should I position my candle holders?

We recommend placing candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring it's sturdy and spacious enough to contain any melted wax.

What safety precautions should I follow when using your candles?

Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans, and air currents. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and limit burning to a maximum of four hours at a time.

Can I customize the fragrance of my candle?

At this time, we do not offer customization of candle fragrances. However, we have a wide range of carefully curated scents to choose from.

How long does the fragrance last in your candles?

The longevity of the fragrance depends on various factors such as room size, ventilation, and candle care. Generally, our candles offer a long-lasting scent experience.
